A protected preview is a reviewable version of generated artwork shown before the customer preserves the final creation. It helps the customer check the selected participants, story, style, and format without presenting the preview as the unlocked final file.
Preview and preservation are different steps
Generation prepares the artwork and applies automated quality checks. A successful protected preview lets the customer see whether the visible participants, creative direction, and output format feel right. Preserving is the later step that confirms the creation and makes the delivered digital product available under the applicable credit and licence rules.
What happens when generation or review fails
ANIVELLE does not intentionally deliver a result after a confirmed critical identity or participant failure. Technical provider failures, output-adaptation failures, and secure-preview delivery failures are recorded separately so the system can retry appropriate problems and avoid treating every error as an identity issue.
A failed paid preview is designed to return its credit charge automatically. Duplicate refund protection prevents the same failed charge from being returned more than once.
What a preview cannot guarantee
A protected preview is a quality and purchase checkpoint, not a promise that AI artwork will reproduce every source detail photographically. Customers should compare important identity features and the selected output before preserving, and use the support or refund process when a technical problem prevents delivery.
