Product and creation

What is ANIVELLE?

ANIVELLE is a digital pet identity and personalized pet artwork platform operated by Venx Ltd in the United Kingdom. It helps people turn pet photographs into recognizable portraits, screen-ready artwork, social identities, and personal companion stories while keeping one consistent identity at the centre of each creation.

What is a digital pet identity?

A digital pet identity is a recognizable visual representation of one companion that can continue across different artworks, styles, stories, and screen formats. Instead of treating every image as an unrelated portrait, ANIVELLE uses the pet's reference photographs and selected identity details to keep the same companion recognizable from one creation to the next.

What can I create with ANIVELLE?

ANIVELLE currently supports companion identity portraits and guided Studio artwork for personal digital use. Available Studio formats include story artwork, social avatars for a single pet, phone artwork, tablet artwork, and desktop wallpaper. Format availability can vary by participant mode because some small or vertical outputs are not suitable for every group composition.

What is the difference between Pet Portrait and ANIVELLE Studio?

Pet Portrait is the controlled single-pet path for creating a primary 4:5 companion identity portrait. ANIVELLE Studio accepts a customer-written Idea and offers more creative worlds and screen formats. Studio can work with My Pet Only, My Pet + Me, or Multiple Pets while still applying internal rules for identity, participant count, composition, safety, and delivery format.

Can I create artwork with myself and my pet?

Yes. The My Pet + Me mode in ANIVELLE Studio supports one person and one pet. You provide separate reference photographs and select a compatible output format. The system treats the person and pet as distinct identities and checks that the final composition contains the selected participants.

Can I create artwork with multiple pets?

Yes. Multiple Pets currently supports two selected pets in ANIVELLE Studio. Each pet needs its own assigned reference photographs so the system can preserve both identities without mixing their features. Some formats apply additional composition checks to keep both pets visible, recognizable, and meaningfully grouped.

What devices can I use ANIVELLE artwork on?

Depending on the selected format, ANIVELLE can prepare digital artwork for phones, tablets, desktop screens, and profile or social uses. Each listed output preset has its own delivery canvas. Customers should select the device-oriented format before generation rather than stretching one file into every shape.

FAQ

Identity and image quality

How does ANIVELLE preserve my pet's appearance?

ANIVELLE combines the uploaded reference photographs with structured identity details and internal participant rules. Generated previews are checked for required participants, important appearance continuity, obvious identity substitutions, composition, and delivery usability. AI generation remains probabilistic, so the service cannot promise photographic reproduction of every feature in every artwork.

How many pet photos should I upload?

Use at least one clear photograph. Two to four useful views usually provide stronger identity evidence for a single-pet creation, while the current multi-pet setup allows up to three references for each pet. Choose sharp, well-lit images that clearly show the face, coat colour, markings, ears, and any feature that makes the pet recognizable.

What happens if the generated image does not look enough like my pet?

ANIVELLE can withhold a preview when its review process finds a clear, important identity mismatch. A single uncertain identity judgement is not treated as a confirmed failure. Where the system requires an independent second review, a final identity failure is recorded only when the reviews agree on the same participant; conflicting or technically unavailable review evidence is handled as uncertain rather than automatically blaming the customer.

Why can a generated pet portrait still vary from the reference photo?

The model translates reference evidence into a new pose, style, light, and composition rather than copying the source photograph pixel for pixel. Angle, expression, visible anatomy, artistic simplification, and the quality of the references all affect the result. ANIVELLE aims to preserve the identity-defining details while allowing the selected artwork to become a new scene.

FAQ

Credits, payment, and failed generations

How do ANIVELLE credits work?

ANIVELLE uses creative credits instead of charging a separate card payment for every action. Current creation costs are shown before confirmation and vary by participant mode and format. New accounts currently receive 10 starter credits, and additional packs are available on the Pricing page. A credit balance is added only after the payment provider confirms a successful purchase.

Do failed generations use credits?

A failed generation is not intended to leave the customer charged for an undelivered result. Failed paid previews are refunded automatically, with idempotent protection against duplicate refunds. If an automatic credit return does not complete correctly, the Refund Policy explains how to contact ANIVELLE with the order or creation reference.

Can unused credits expire or be refunded?

ANIVELLE does not currently publish an automatic expiry date for paid credits. A completely unused paid credit pack may be requested for refund within seven days of purchase when the checkout identifies it as refundable. If any credits from that pack have been used, it is no longer treated as completely unused. Promotional, complimentary, bonus, and refunded credits have no cash value.

FAQ

Privacy, delivery, and use

How does ANIVELLE use uploaded photos?

ANIVELLE uses uploaded photographs, descriptions, selected styles, and technical instructions to create and evaluate the digital product requested by the customer. Relevant material may be sent to specialist AI generation and review providers as needed to return the requested content. The Privacy Policy explains retention, service providers, international processing, security, and customer rights.

Does ANIVELLE use customer uploads to train its own general-purpose AI models?

No. The current ANIVELLE Privacy Policy states that customer uploads are not used to train ANIVELLE's own general-purpose AI model. Uploaded material is processed to operate the service, generate or evaluate requested content, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

What do I receive after creating ANIVELLE artwork?

A successful protected preview lets the customer assess the generated artwork before preserving it. After the relevant purchase or credit confirmation, the completed digital product is delivered through the ANIVELLE account, a secure download, or another electronic method identified by the service. The exact canvas and intended use depend on the selected format.

Can I download and use my artwork on my devices?

Yes. Subject to payment and the Terms of Service, delivered ANIVELLE artwork can be downloaded and used for personal, non-commercial purposes on the intended devices and digital surfaces. Customers should keep a secure backup of delivered files. A broader commercial licence must be agreed in writing.
