About these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Venx Ltd (company number 17352730), which operates ANIVELLE. By creating an account, purchasing credits or a product, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ANIVELLE.
The ANIVELLE service
ANIVELLE provides AI-generated, personalised digital pet identity products, including artwork adapted for selected digital formats and screens. Features, styles, formats, credits, pricing, and availability may change over time.
ANIVELLE creates customized digital products generated with AI technology. Results may vary depending on uploaded images and AI processing.
Account usage
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms. Accounts and credits may not be sold, transferred, shared for commercial resale, or used to evade service limits.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the images, descriptions, instructions, and references you provide. Clear, well-lit, representative photographs are more likely to produce a useful result.
You must review creation details before confirming an order and use delivered products only in accordance with these terms and any licence shown with the product.
Uploaded images and permission
You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded material. You confirm that you own it or have all permissions needed to upload it and allow ANIVELLE to use it. This includes permission from identifiable people appearing in an image.
You grant Venx Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, adapt, transmit, and process your material only as reasonably necessary to operate ANIVELLE, create and deliver your requested product, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. This licence ends when the material is deleted, except for copies we must retain for legitimate legal, security, backup, or dispute purposes.
AI generation and quality variations
AI generation is probabilistic. Even with the same photographs and directions, outputs may vary. A result may interpret markings, anatomy, pose, expression, accessories, people, text, lighting, or composition differently from what you expected.
We aim to follow the selected product specification and use reasonable quality controls, but we do not promise photographic identity, exact reproduction of every instruction, or identical results between generations. Previews, risk notices, input guidance, and any stated adjustment process are part of setting reasonable expectations for customised work.
Digital product delivery
Prices, credit costs, included formats, preview conditions, and delivery details are displayed before confirmation. Payments may be handled by the provider shown at checkout. Delivery normally occurs through your ANIVELLE account, a secure download, or another electronic method we identify.
You should download and securely back up delivered files. If generation fails, delivery is technically unavailable, or we cannot complete the service, the remedies in our Refund Policy apply alongside your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
ANIVELLE, its brand, website, software, layouts, style systems, templates, and original service materials belong to Venx Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit those materials except where law permits.
Subject to payment and these terms, you may use your delivered digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes. Because AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and similar outputs may be generated for others, we do not promise exclusivity or that copyright will arise in every output. Any broader commercial licence must be agreed in writing.
Prohibited usage
You may not use ANIVELLE to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, exploitative, or sexually explicit;
- infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trade mark, or other rights;
- depicts a person without the permission required for the requested use;
- contains malware, attempts to bypass security or service limits, or interferes with other users;
- misrepresents AI-generated content in a deceptive, defamatory, or harmful way.
We may refuse or remove content, restrict an account, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, ANIVELLE, or the law.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that sentence, ANIVELLE is provided for personal creative use. Venx Ltd is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, business losses arising from consumer use, or loss caused by your material, instructions, device, account security, or use outside the delivered product licence. Where law permits, our total liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Service availability
We aim to keep ANIVELLE available and secure, but AI providers, hosting, storage, authentication, and payment systems can experience delay, maintenance, capacity limits, or interruption. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will use reasonable efforts to complete paid obligations or provide an appropriate remedy where we cannot.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, provider, legal, or security changes. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, we will provide additional notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of the country where you live. Questions can be sent to support@getanivelle.com.
