Who we are
Venx Ltd (company number 17352730) operates ANIVELLE, an AI-powered digital pet identity platform. Venx Ltd is the controller of personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at support@getanivelle.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of ANIVELLE, and limited technical information needed to operate the service.
- Account information: your email address, account identifiers, authentication records, preferences, and support history.
- Creation information: uploaded pet photographs, pet names and characteristics, creative ideas, descriptions, reference images, selected styles, and output preferences.
- Generated content: previews, personalized artwork, delivered digital products, and associated creation records.
- Transaction information: order status, amount, currency, payment-provider references, credits, refunds, and related records. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
- Technical information: device, browser, IP address, security events, and service diagnostics where collected by our hosting, authentication, or security providers.
Please upload only images and information that you are entitled to use. If an image contains another person, you must have their permission to provide it to us.
How we use information
We use personal data to create and deliver the products you request, operate accounts and credits, communicate about orders and support, secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and understand and improve service reliability and quality.
Our principal legal bases are performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving ANIVELLE. Where the law requires consent for a particular activity, we will ask for it separately. We do not sell customer personal data.
AI image processing
To create requested artwork, ANIVELLE may send uploaded images, descriptions, style directions, and relevant technical instructions to specialist AI generation providers. These providers process the material on our behalf or under their own applicable terms solely as needed to generate, evaluate, or return the requested content.
AI processing is probabilistic. Outputs may differ from the source image or your instructions, and we may use automated checks and human review to improve identity, participant, safety, and delivery quality. We do not use customer uploads to train our own general-purpose AI model. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by law.
Payment processing
Payments may be processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider identified at checkout. The selected provider receives the payment and transaction information required to authorize, process, prevent fraud, and administer refunds. Its handling of payment data is also governed by its own privacy notice.
ANIVELLE keeps transaction references and accounting records needed to confirm purchases, apply credits, handle refunds and disputes, and meet financial and legal obligations, but does not store full payment-card details.
Third-party services
We use carefully selected providers for hosting and content delivery, account authentication, database and file storage, AI generation and review, payments, security, diagnostics, and customer support. We disclose only information reasonably needed for the relevant service or where law requires disclosure.
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards designed to protect transferred personal data. Contact us if you would like further information about the relevant safeguards.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Account information and preserved creations may remain while your account is active so you can access your digital identity library. Temporary uploads and previews may be removed sooner when they are no longer needed.
We may retain transaction, support, security, and compliance records for longer where needed to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it using reasonable measures.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, protected storage, authentication controls, encrypted transmission, and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping account access confidential.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict your personal data; receive certain data in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To make a request, email support@getanivelle.com. We may need to verify your identity. If you are in the United Kingdom, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, although we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
